(OSHKOSH, WI) April 21 – Former Leo’s Speedway promoter Leo Galicia, who was recently featured in Green Bay author Joe Verdegan’s book “Life In the Past Lane – a history of stock car racing in Northeast Wisconsin from 1950-1980” – will be at the Oshkosh Speedzone opener Friday April 29.
Galicia will join Verdegan as the pair will sign copies of the book at the track underneath the grandstand from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
