It’s that time again! 2016 Calendar details are here!

Yes that’s right! It’s time to get your 2016 Wi Dirt Racin calendar! This is the only calendar in the area that is put together by a local photographer featuring local tracks and local drivers! For those of you who are collectors, this is the third calendar to be printed by Wi Dirt Racin! This year, for the dedicated fans I am introducing and early pre-order. This secures your ability to be the first to get a calendar.

Thanks to a few tracks, this year’s calendar will feature special race dates! If you are a track promoter, and are involved in the scheduling of the season’s events, you will need to contact me before the first printing with the dates of any special events that you have scheduled. To get your dates on the schedule, your must email the dates to [email protected]. These dates are to be big events only! If you have not published the dates, and don’t want them to be known prior to November 1st, you can be confident that I will not share that information prior to printing. The information you will need to provide needs to be short and sweet. I need the track, the date, and the event. Space is limited. If there are multiple track events for the same date, I will attempt to squeeze them in. But you must know, that this is a first come, first serve deal.

For the businesses and advertisers! Advertising will be available the same as it was in 2015. You have to opportunity to pick 12 dates (one date per month) in which I will include your advertisement. For $30, you will receive up to seven (7) lines and twenty-four (24) characters per line. That will also include one calendar. Advertising dates are on a first come, first serve basis. Track event dates outlined in the above paragraph take precedence. If a date you submitted is not available, I will inform you and you’ll get an opportunity to choose another.

General info:
1. The first order will be placed on or around November 1st. This is based on the amount of pre-orders I have an the time.

2. Calendars will cost $20 each, shipping included. For orders of ten (10) or more, the cost will be $17.50 each. This is the first year I am offering this discount.

3. Track promoters must have your special event information in prior to November 1st. First come, first serve.

4. Advertisers must have their information in prior to November 1st. First come, first serve.

5. The cover photo will feature Travis Van Straten, the IMCA Stock National Points Winner for 2015.

6. The 2016 calendar will include late models, mods, stocks, sportmods, street stocks, and grand nationals.

7. Calendar sales are based on a short-term hold. Mail in the Wisconsin area is about 2-3 days from mailbox to mailbox. If you tell me you want one and you are mailing a check, you will have three days to make sure that check is in my hand. I will take personal checks, Paypal, or cash. I will not be holding calendars more than three (3) days without payment.

In the event that I receive a payment and I don’t have any calendars, you can either wait for the next order, or I can refund your payment. I only place orders in amounts that I know I can sell.
