(Francis Creek, WI)- The culmination of the 2015 points season is this Saturday Night, August 29th at 141 Speedway. There will be two sets of champions crowned this weekend. The first is for the regular track points. And the second? The much anticipated finish to the inaugural Chase in all six divisions. Championship night starts at 6 p.m. Whiskey Ditch will be playing in the Left Turn Lounge starting at 9 p.m.

In IMCA Modified action, Johnny Whitman had no plans to defend his 2014 crown. He took a night off and then decided in late July that he might as well go for gold for a second straight time. Whitman is the leader in the regular standings by 9 points over Josh Long.

Whitman is also the leader in the Chase standings by 12 points over Long.

Brett Wenzel captured his first IMCA Stockcar Feature win of the season last Saturday Night. The win, combined by mechanical woes from John Heinz, pole vaulted Wenzel into the championship lead by six marks. Wenzel and Heinz are the only two that can capture the track title.

Wenzel has a little more breathing room in the Chase. He holds a 15 point cushion on Devin Snellenberger.

Four drivers can legitimately win the IMCA Sportmod track title. Hunter Parsons is about to have homework to think about. But his first career track title is on the line first. He owns a narrow six point edge on Rookie of the Year Travis Arenz. Greg Potts sits nine points back with Kevin Bethke 11 back.

It’s even more exciting in the battle for the belt. Eight drivers are within reach of the Chase belt.

Paul Diefenthaler has to just start the Street Stock Feature to be crowned the 2015 Champion. Diefenthaler was also the 2013 King of the Streets.

The Street Stock Chase will be a hold em tournament. The winner gets the title. Scott Boulanger has a slim two point advantage over Diefenthaler.

Both the Grand National title and Chase battle will be coming down to the final laps. Charlie Sancinati and Kodi Wirtz are in a dead heat. They are tied and 12 points ahead of Aaron Stolp.

Stolp has been the most consistent in the Chase playoffs. Stolp is the co-leader with Sancinati. If Sancinati wins, he would likely take home both titles. Terry Van Roy is mathematically still alive sitting eight points back.

Scott Johnson has already claimed the inaugural IMCA Sport Compact Championship. He looks to make it a clean sweep with a Chase title.
