Seymour, August 20- This late summer cooler weather makes you realize how fast the 2015 racing season will be coming to a close.

Your last chance to see the WDLMA Late Models at the Seymour Speedway will be this Sunday, August 23 as Joe Schwister’s Repair and Toad Creek Tap present the final leg of the Summer Holiday Classic on the 1/3/ mile banked clay oval.

It will be the second to last race of the WDLMA Lucky 7 series. The series had 27 cars at the race held here in July and expects similar numbers Sunday night. Brad Mueller holds a 5 point lead over Taylor Scheffler in the series standings.

All five regular season divisions will also be on track Sunday and will compete for additional Holiday Classic pay. The Thunder Trucks will also be on hand.

Point races will also continue to be fought in every division with only 2 more point nights remaining after Sundays contest. The final point race of the season will be on Sunday September 6, Labor Day weekend.

WDLMA will draw for heats and use passing points to set the 40 lap feature event.

The weekly divisions will run under normal procedures

Pit will be open by 4 PM.

Admission $25.00 with discounts for minors.

Late sign in/ draw cut off at 5:15

Drivers meeting at 5:30.

Late Model hot laps at 5:45.

Racing at 6 PM.

Grandstand opens at 4:30

Adults 19-55 $15.00

Students 12-18 and Seniors 55+ $10.00

Kids 12 and under FREE with paid adult.

There will also be a Kids Club Bike Give away courtesy of Giddy Up Western Wear.

Weather should be excellent for the BIG show Sunday night at the Seymour Speedway.
