Mother Nature must not have a sense of adventure as this past Friday Night’s show featuring cars intentionally rolling over was postponed, due to rain. The event has been rescheduled for Friday Night, August 21st. Ran throughout the day on Friday also forced the racing on the legendary Tri-Oval at Eagle River Speedway to be cancelled.

Bicycle and other donations continue to roll in for this coming Friday Night’s Tori Stevens Memorial Race. A race that is a benefit to find a cure for Spinal Muscular Atrophy. A disease that shuts down the muscles within the body, which is fatal. The disease effects children.

Currently well over 40 Bicylces will be given away, along with Back-packs, Childrens Recliner Chairs, and Gift Certificates for adults. Last year Eagle River Speedway raised over $1600 to help find a cure for SMA. Organizers hope to raise more money at this coming Friday NIght’s races.

Racing at Eagle River Speedway on Friday NIght begins with Hot Laps at 7:00 pm CT.
