The fans turned out for Pitlik and Wick’s Fan Appreciation Night at TNT Motor Speedway on Saturday Night, and they were treated to exciting finishes in every race!

It was in the TNT Pro Truck Feature where 8 trucks started, but only 3 finished. It was on the final turn going to the Checkered Flag where the lead changed twice! Going into the 3rd trurn, James Koga had the lead, then coming out of the 4th turn, Herb Dettman got the lead, then at the finish line it was James Koga with the win!

In the WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds that 8 cars started and only 4 finished. One mishap took 3 cars out of the race. For the last seven laps of the race it was a bumper to bumper, side panel to side panel race between the Upper Peninsula’s George Truscott, Eagle River’s Bruce Belland, and Rib Lake’s Brad Seavers.

Truscott held his speed up on the low side throughout the race, with Belland and Seavers trying every groove they could find to get around Truscott. Then at the finish it was Truscott narrowly edging out both Belland and Seavers.

The Pure Stock Feature looked like it was going to be a run-away for Rhinelander’s Tyler Lundberg. Lundberg had lapped 4 of the cars in the 9 car field. That is until a caution came out toward the end of the race. That caution brought Northern Wisconsin’s Jake Ison, Jason Melton, and Herb Dettman back into battle. To complicate matters even more, a light rain started to fall giving Ison, Melton, and Dettman the ‘tack’ they needed to get traction on the 1/3rd high banked clay oval.

Lundberg was able to hold on for his second Feature win of the season.

The WISSOTA Street Stock Feature made sure that the fans would be treated to another exciting race!

Nate Langberg opened up with the lead, only to see Troy Chapman challenge him for the lead. While Langberg and Chapman were in a fierce battle, Jordan Kurtti had his hands full trying to get around Chetek’s Heidi Karschbaum. Kurtti eventually got around Karschbaum, as Chapman got the lead from Langberg. Then it was Kurtti getting on the inside of Chapman on the exit of the 2nd turn to get the lead. A lead Kurtti would not relinquish.

The 4-cylinder Stinger’s was a battle from start to finish between 4 cars. All 4 were bunched up throughout the entire race! No one knew who would eventually get the checkered flag. In the end, after consultation with the officials, it was Kasey Gross of Gleason that held off Paul Winker, Zach Degner and Louis Malluege.

The Junior Sprints saw two new drivers from the Fox Valley put on an exciting show. In their first race at the track, Jack Vanderboom got revenge on Ryan Kuehn’s earlier Heat win by winning the Feature. Denver Larson won the Micro Sprint 600 Feature by hitting speeds close to 93 MPH!
