(Francis Creek, WI)- Second night in his new IMCA Modified. Second Feature win of the season for R.M. Van Pay at 141 Speedway. Van Pay held off Eric Scribner late to pick up the win.
Barry Van Straten earned his first career 141 Speedway Feature win over Devin Snellenberger in IMCA Stockcar action.

R.M. Van Pay shot from his third starting spot to the lead on the opening lap of the IMCA Modified Feature. Eric Scribner followed suit and sat behind the leader by about 4 car lengths. Scribner would see that view for the next 21 laps. The battle of the race was for third which saw Mike Mashl run the bottom of the speedway with Jeremy Jacobs up top. They would exchange third multiple times throughout the race. Van Pay kept everyone distanced until late when Scribner would make a couple late bids for the lead. Van Pay would prove to have the right line on his way to his second win of the season. He earned the clean sweep by also winning his heat race. Scribner settled for second. Mashl eventually beat Jacobs to the line for third. Brad Theys came home fifth.
Bob Czarapata started on the pole of the IMCA Stockcar Feature and led the opening two laps. Czarapata led the field while Barry VanStraten worked from his fifth starting spot into the runner-up spot on lap three. VanStraten wanted the lead right away and when Czarapata made a bobble out of turn four he was there. VanStraten grabbed the lead right before the first caution flags would fly. On the restart Devin Snellenberger, John Heinz and Bret Koehler ran to the back of the leader. VanStraten wheeled and dealed his way around the 1/3 mile for the final 15 laps. Snellenberger would make moves inside of VanStraten but the leader was too strong. VanStraten kept the field at bay in earning his first career 141 win. Snellenberger came to the line just in front of Heinz and Koehler. Kyle Frederick rode the topside of the track to fifth.
Phil Mott walked the line in front of the IMCA Sportmod Feature event. Mott led until Brian Bruechert came flying by up on top of the speedway right before a caution flew. Kelsy Hayes made her way to second behind Bruechert and made her move on lap 12. Hayes went down underneath Bruechert to make the pass. When she cleared him she went back up on top of the speedway and pulled away from the field. Hayes earned her second win of the season in late, dominating fashion. Hunter Parsons made a late pass for second over Bruechert. Sawyer Haese finished fourth with Travis Arenz fifth. Arenz was disqualified in post-race tech giving Kevin Bethke fifth.
The Grand National Feature saw many cautions throughout the race that saw the field stay together like a close knit family. Rex Karner led the opening three laps before giving way to both Kevin Naidl and Charlie Sancinati. Kevin Naidl made his way into the lead with Sancinati following. The duo would stay up front through a series of mid race cautions. Naidl would run the bottom with Sancinati up top in front of the field. Sancinati would make the race winning pass on lap eleven up on top. Sancinati picked up his third win of the season over Naidl. Aaron Stolp finished third in front of brothers Kodi and Steven Wirtz.
Eric Turner used his past asphalt skills to run up front in the Street Stock Feature. He led the opening seven laps before Kraig Koehler and Scott Boulanger made their ways to the front. Boulanger rode Koehler’s back bumper for a few laps before making the race winning pass down low. The pass came on lap 15 and it was see you later from there. Boulanger ran to his third straight win. Koehler came across the line second. Josh McDonald beat Mike Conard back to the line for third. Paul Diefenthaler spun early but finished fifth.
Scott Johnson staved off late advances from Shaun Bangart to pick up the IMCA Sport Compact win. He earned a clean sweep on the evening after also winning his heat race. Bangart finished second in front of Neil Watzka and Brandon Kaye. Brandon Goeser finished fifth.
