FastLane Super Stock Series Points Fund Gets Boost

Ashland, WI — The AmsOil Speedway, ABC Raceway and Proctor Speedway are proud to announce that there has been a generous increase in the overall points fund for the upcoming FastLane Motorsports Northland Super Stock Series.
The three-track, three-race weekend series will open on Friday, June 19, at the big 4/10th-mile AmsOil Speedway in Superior before moving on to the 3/8th-mile ABC Raceway in Ashland the following Saturday night. The final round of the Series will be held on Sunday, June 21, at the 1/3rd-mile Proctor (MN) Speedway.
WISSOTA-sanctioned Super Stocks are invited to compete over that weekend for a chance at nearly $11,000 in feature purses being offered by the three Northland race venues, as well as a share of a final points fund that has now grown to over $7,000, to be paid out to the top ten in final points at the completion of the weekend.

The Series champion is now set to take home a whopping $1,475, to be presented by Halvor Lines. Any driver finishing in the top ten in the final Series standings will claim a minimum $250 from the points fund, and if a single driver should happen to post the feature wins at all three tracks during that weekend, he or she will be awarded an additional $700.
The Series will also offer a $100 “participant non-qualifier bonus” for every driver who finishes outside of the top-ten in Series points but competes at all three tracks during the weekend. A “hard charger” bonus of $100 will be paid out to the driver who advances the farthest from his starting position in each feature, and another $100 bonus will be paid to the driver who gains the most positions cumulatively in all three features.
