Seymour, April 14- N.E.W. DIRT moves their weekly racing programs at the Seymour Speedway back into their normal Sunday night slot beginning this week, April 19, and for the remainder of the 2015 season at the 1/3 mile banked clay oval.
The weekly programs will feature five divisions. Budweiser IMCA Modifieds, Coors Light IMCA Stock Cars, O’Reilly Auto Parts IMCA Sport Mods, Turbo Blue Street Stocks and 4 Cylinders.
The Spectator Eliminators will return this season on a bi weekly schedule like last season. But, this season will see the addition of the Thunder Trucks on the nights the spectators are off.
Starting this week, the Thunder Trucks will be on hand for the first time in 2015. They will be running weekly at Manitowoc on Fridays, Thunder Hill on Saturdays and Bi weekly here.
The Sunday night program will also be the first official night for points at Seymour this season for all divisions. The IMCA divisions ran for state and national point the first 2 weeks.
The pit gates will open at 3 PM Sunday.
This week all cars draw/redraw for opening night. Cut off is 4:30.
All drivers must be a club member starting this week. Dues are $10.00 for the season.
Pit pass is $25.00 with discounts for minors.
Drivers meeting at 5PM.
Racing at 5:30.
The grandstand will open at 4.
Admission: Adults 19-55 $11.00
Students 13-18 and Seniors 55+ $8.00
Kids 12 and under FREE with paid adult.
Kids Club will be open Sunday night with activities and drawings throughout the season.
The Seymour Speedway is located at the Outagamie County Fairgrounds in downtown Seymour on HWY 55. N.E.W. DIRT is entering their 32nd season promoting the weekly programs.
