Rice Lake Speedway IRA Sprint Show Rained Out
Rice Lake WI, July 12 – The much anticipated visit by the Interstates Racing Association (IRA) sprint cars to the Rice Lake Speedway on Saturday has been rained out.
Showers and thundershowers swept across Minnesota and into Wisconsin on Saturday after noon, and with them any chance for the speedway to host their annual visit by the IRA.
The program will not be rescheduled.
Racing will continue next Saturday, July 19th with a full program featuring WISSOTA sanctioned modifieds, super stocks, Midwest modifieds and street stocks along with the Rice Lake pure stocks. The super stock feature race that was rained out on June 28th will also be made up next Saturday.
Hot laps are slated for 6:30 p.m. next Saturday with racing to follow.
