THE SECOND OF THREE GANDRUD CHEVROLET RED, WHITE AND BLUE SERIES EVENTS THIS SATURDAY AT 141 SPEEDWAY

Francis Creek, WI (July 1, 2014)- Saturday, July 5th marks the second of three Gandrud Chevrolet Red, White and Blue Series IMCA Modified events. These $1,000 to win, $120 to start, Fast Shafts All Star Invitational Qualifiers will wrap up on August 23rd as part of the weekly racing series at 141 Speedway.

Tim “CZ” Czarneski of Denmark, WI is the current series leader, with Darin Duffy of Urbana, IA in second. Shawn Kilgore, Benji LaCrosse and Brad Lautenbach round out the top 5 in Red, White & Blue Series points.

Over $10,000 in contingencies, courtesy of Gandrud Chevrolet, Arneson Shock Service, BSB Manufacturing, Fast Shafts and Manitowoc Motor and Machine will be distributed with the series champion receiving a GM 604 Crate Engine from Gandrud Chevrolet.

Although the Gandrud Chevrolet Red, White and Blue Series offers 141 Speedway track points, it is a draw/redraw format for the racers. IMCA State, Regional, and National points will also be awarded. Pit passes are $25 and there is no entry fee for the series.
