Rice Lake WI – Saturday, June 28th, the Rice Lake Speedway got three of their feature races completed before torrential rains hit the track and ended the activities at that point. The Super Stock and Modified features had yet to be run and it was announced that both events would be made up as a part of the July 19th program at the track.

However, track management has decided to alter that schedule. The Modified feature will be made up this coming Thursday, July 3rd as a part of the special Firecracker event slated at the track. A full racing program in all five classes plus a colossal fireworks display will accompany the program.
The Super Stock feature will be made up on Saturday, July 12th as a part of the racing program that night which will feature an appearance by the Interstates Racing Association (IRA) winged sprint cars. All classes but the Modifieds will also compete that night in a full racing program. The Modifieds will have the night off.
There will be no racing at the track on Saturday, July 5th unless the Firecracker event on July 3rd gets rained out. July 5th will serve as the rain date for that program.
