Eagle Valley June 15, 2014

JIM FALLS, WI (June 15, 2014) – Although race time was greeted with gorgeous weather, heavy rains on Saturday, Saturday night, and Sunday morning causing area flooding and extremely wet grounds forced the cancellation of the USMTS modified race. The national touring professionals didn’t get their chance to battle it out on the high banks of the Valley.

Racing action will continue on Sunday, June 22, 2014 as Budweiser, Country Jam, and Gordy’s Country Market sponsor as all six classes with the WISSOTA Modifieds, Super Stocks, Midwest Modifieds, Street Stocks, EVS Pure Stocks, and EVS Hornets taking to the track for competition. Two free three day passes to Country Jam will be given away! As always, there will be a kid’s bike giveaway sponsored by Kelly Oium Well Drilling of Strum and Kris Oium Asphalt Paving of Eleva. One lucky boy and one lucky girl will win a bike!
The pits open at 4:00 PM with draw cut off at 5:30 PM. The main gates open at 4:30 PM for spectators with Hot Laps beginning at 5:30 PM and racing action at 6:00 PM. General Gate Admission is $13.00 for adults, $10.00 for senior citizens, and ages 10 and under get in free with a paid adult. Pit passes are $25.00.
