GRAND NATIONALS
The Grand National field thundered to the track, preceded by thumping entrace music courtesy of the substitute announcer Bill Rood. The white 37 Ryan Minster (Sheboygan) and 44 Ben Konen (Richfield) had earned front row starting positions, with Minster jumping out to the lead after the first lap was in the books. And out front was the place to be during this main event as the first of many cautions flew on Lap 3 for the 81n of Zach Axlen spinning out low in Turn 2. Minster led 7 Brian Gilles (Plymouth), 8x Brad Juckem (Chilton), 7s Tim Simon (Fon du Lac), and 21 Kevin Lubach (Elkhart Lake) out of Turn 4 to the green for the restart. Simon moved around Juckem for 3rd, while 37l Brad Lubach slid in to challenge his brother for 5th. Kevin Lubach produced the next caution on Lap 9 as he collected several corner markers in Turn 2, causing quite a bit of damage to his car, and a visit to the pits. Minster led the field back to green, only to be slowed by a yellow for 89 Matt Loehr (Plymouth) and Konen after a spin high in Turn 2, 54 Matt Yancey (Sheboygan) and 98 Kevin Naidl (Cato) ducked into the pits with Yancey able to return immediately while Naidl lost a lap changing a tire, Loehr was finished for the evening. The field was only able to complete 1 lap before the next caution came out for a wreck involving both the Lubachs, Konen, and Simon, which left both Kevin and Brad unable to continue. Minster again brought the field down to the green with Gilles and Juckem battling behind him, and 13 Josh Pierce (Fredonia) and Yancey in the top 5. Lap 18 produced the final caution for Pierce spinning in Turn 1 and collecting Axlen and Simon. The race reached its time limit producing a green, white, checkered finish, with Minster collecting the win, followed by Gilles, Juckem, Yancey and Pierce. Hard Charger award to Yancey picking up 14 positions.

Schroeder jumped out to the first lap lead, but on Lap 2 coasted to the infield finished for the night with catastrophic motor failure. The next driver on the point was 63b Jesse Brey (Two Rivers), but it was short lived as a lap later 94 JJ Anderson (Pulaski) moved to the top spot. Lap 6 brought out the yellow for 34 Cody Eickberg (Plymouth) whose car died on the backstretch and required a tow truck ride to the pits. Before a lap could be completed, Pokorski, 2c Chris Clayton (Waldo), and 25 Danny Schlafer (Sussex) had stopped on the track and would all head to the pits, finished for the evening. With Pokorski out, the outside row moved forward for the start, putting Davis on the outside pole, and he would go on to lead the first lap followed by Wenninger and 21t TJ Luedke. A group of drivers were quickly making their way through the pack as 21h Tim Haddy (Waupan) slid into 4th to battle Luedke, 99 Kyle Marten (Sheboygan Falls) moved up from 12th on the grid into 4th and 15m Justin Miller (Plymouth) hounded Marten for 4th. As Davis moved into lapped traffic, he passed 42 Matt VanWyk (Waldo) on Lap 11, but a lap later Davis died on the front stretch and VanWyk was able to earn his lap back as he was ahead of the next in line for the lead. Davis brought out the yellow, as both he and Wenninger had to pit, but both returned and joined the rear of the field. This put Haddy on point for the restart, with Luedke, Marten, Miller, and 24 Scott Conger (Eagle) in the top 5.
