Francis Creek, WI (May 7th, 2014)- June 25 and 26 marks the dates of 141 Speedway’s 6th annual Clash at the Creek. With Kenny Wallace snagging the first pre-entry for this marquee event, racers from six states and Canada have already signed up for a shot at the $10,000 payday. “Although this is the sixth annual event, we are thrilled that it marks the first year being IMCA sanctioned,” says promoter Toby Kruse. “Being a sanctioned race, we look to expand the car counts and draw fans from across the nation.” Spectator gates open at 4pm each day with racing starting at 6pm. Grandstand admission is just $15, student and seniors $10 and kids 12 and under are free.
“The addition of Stock Cars and SportMods to the bill is going to take this event to the next level,” adds owner Dan Ratajczak. “With both of the support divisions running full $500 to win shows each night, fans are in for a treat!” Racers can pre-register by downloading the form from 141speedway.com
Tuesday, June 24 will be pre-tech and open practice for all divisions with free grandstand admission for the fans. Free camping with showers is available and the Left Turn Lounge will be serving breakfast along with their regular fare.
